My Experience
This is my second visit to this place, first visit here- (The Carpenter's Daughter Artisan and Bakery, Taipan USJ 10). This time, I tried very different dishes compared to the last time I went. I tried their Salmon Carbonara, and my mum tried their Mee suah with alcohol (It's a cantonese name that I can't remember), basically, its noodles, with meat and alcohol?




So, the salmon carbonara is really good, but a little too thick. So, u should only have it if ur having a big appetite!





Their MeeSuah is good. It's actually really unique, coz the soup was redish... This is the first time I ate Mee Suah that is that colour, the taste of it is good too, the soup was delicious (after adding the alcohol)... Before adding the alcohol, it tasted really common.

It was funny how my family and I ended up in da chang jin actually. I was craving for Maggie soup that is not made at home... And so my parents also headache, going round taipan thinking what to eat, and we passed by da chang jin and yay! I know they would definitely have Maggie with soup! So we ordered one pot of kimchi soup with noodles and shared. My parents and sis didnt really like the food. I guess I'm the only one eating until super shiok. They were like eating for the sake of eating.
